Six guardrails run inline, as code, on both sides of the model. Inputs are judged before anything acts, tool responses are judged again on the way back. If a guardrail ever fails, the answer is no. Fail closed, not open.
Only cleared requests reach a department, and each worker carries its own identity with hard permissions the model cannot talk its way around. Finance can spend to a ceiling. Support can only read. Every capability is granted in policy, never in a prompt.
Each decision lands in an append-only audit trail with a trace id, a reason and a severity. Blocked attacks are fingerprinted into the fleet's threat memory, so the second attempt is recognized before it is even judged. Compliance stops being a screenshot and becomes a query.
